These Terms and Conditions govern every visit to MileCasino’s harbor and every wager placed within it. By creating an account, a player agrees to sail under these rules, and MileCasino recommends reading them in full before setting off. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version of this document.

Eligibility and Permitted Jurisdictions

Account Registration and the One-Account Rule

Each player may hold exactly one account with MileCasino. Duplicate accounts, whether created under the same name, address, payment method, or device, will be merged or closed, and any associated bonus funds forfeited. Registration requires accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address and legal name. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of remaining balances.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. MileCasino is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the player.

Verification and Know Your Customer Requirements

Welcome Bonus Terms Summary

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of 150% up to 2,000€, subject to a minimum deposit of 20€. This bonus, along with any winnings generated from it, is subject to a 35x wagering requirement before withdrawal becomes available. The bonus and associated wagering must be completed within 30 days of activation, after which any unused bonus funds and related winnings are removed from the account.

While the bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is 5€. Wagers placed above this limit may void the bonus and any winnings tied to it. Different game categories contribute to the wagering requirement at different rates, reflecting their house edge and volatility:

Bets placed on excluded games or on sportsbook markets do not count toward clearing the bonus. MileCasino reserves the right to withhold winnings where bonus terms have been circumvented through bonus abuse, including the coordinated use of multiple accounts or minimal-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed instantly through the payment methods listed on the cashier page, each shown in euros. Minimum and maximum limits vary by method and are displayed before a deposit is confirmed. MileCasino does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though a player’s bank or payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed for compliance with these Terms, including verification status and any outstanding wagering requirements, before processing begins. Standard processing times range from a few hours to several business days depending on the method chosen. Withdrawals are generally returned to the same account or card used for depositing, in line with anti-money laundering practice. MileCasino may request additional checks on unusually large withdrawals before releasing funds.

Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MileCasino is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment delays, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

MileCasino may update these Terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new features, or operational needs. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email where practical, and the updated version will indicate its effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which MileCasino’s operating license is issued. Any dispute arising from use of the platform should first be raised with MileCasino’s support team for informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution body recognized by the relevant licensing authority, before any other remedy is pursued.
